Leaf on vellum in gothic script, to be dated to the end of XIII

century, of French provenance.

Leaf dimensions: about mm. 270 x 200; writing space: mm. 190 x 130.

Text in black ink with red headings, arranged on 30-lines double

column.

The decoration set includes two big red or blue initials with

contrasting penworks and several smaller in black ink with red lines.

Liturgical codex with texts set to music: the gothic neumatic

notation on a tetragram has been drawn in red ink. This leaf has

been re-used from a binding marked by writings

and traces of use.
